Simply select your desired dates and proceed with the payment to finalize your reservation.
Afterward, you will receive an email with check-in instructions and information about your stay.

Are there additional charges for extra guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The standard occupancy at Gyedong Hanok 125 is 6 guests, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional bedding fee of KRW 50,000 per person will apply.
Children under the age of 5 may stay free of charge, but please note that additional bedding will not be provided in this case.

Please note that the additional bedding fee is charged once per stay, not per night.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

- Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: Full refund
 - Cancellation between 8–14 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee of the reservation amount
 - Cancellation within 7 days of check-in or No-show: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

For smoother reservation management, we kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

How do I check out?

Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and there is no special procedure required.

Simply turn off the heating/cooling and lights, just as you would when leaving the house, and close the front door when you depart. Your check-out will then be complete.

We recommend using the Hyundai Gyedong Building parking lot, which is located about a 3-minute walk from the property.

Yes, a washing machine and dryer are available in the house for your convenience during your stay.
Laundry detergent is also provided, so please feel free to use them whenever needed.

At Gyedong Hanok 125, we provide essential bathroom amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, facial cleanser, toothbrush, toothpaste, and hand cream.
In consideration of the environment, these amenities are provided in reusable containers.

If late check-out is available, it can be arranged for an additional fee of KRW 50,000 per hour.

Yes. Gyedong Hanok 125 is located in a residential area of Bukchon, so Quiet Time begins after 9:00 PM.

As local residents live nearby, we kindly ask guests to avoid loud noise, shouting, or playing music late in the evening.

We can store your luggage from 11:00 AM before check-in.
